Aaron C. Ernst

Third-generation salesman. 6 kids. Ships things.

My grandfather sold insurance door-to-door. My father built a sales training company. I grew up on calls, in boardrooms, learning what makes people say yes before I knew what a “funnel” was.

After years of consulting with entrepreneurs, I kept seeing the same problems. People guessing at who their customer was. People losing deals they should have won. People with great products and no idea how to talk about them.

So I stopped giving advice and started building solutions.

/// I NEEDED IT, SO I BUILT IT

I needed a way to actually know who my customer was — not guess, not assume, not fill out a template. So I built Avatar Czar, an AI that runs buyer persona interviews and tells you things about your customer you didn't know you didn't know.

I wanted to get better at sales conversations without hiring a coach every time. So I'm building FrameLord, AI coaching that simulates real calls and tells you where you lost the frame.

I wanted to understand the psychology underneath all of it — why some people operate from certainty and others don't. So I wrote The Apex Frame.

I couldn't find a good way to compare fragrances without watching 40 YouTube reviews. So I'm building Scent-a-Matic— Rotten Tomatoes for fragrances.

I started sharing what I was learning about AI agents and building solo. That became Clawpreneur.

That's the whole philosophy. Solve your own problem. Figure other people have the same one. Ship the solution. Repeat.

I write about what's working, what isn't, and what I'm shipping. No tactics, no guru stuff.

/// AFTER HOURS

When I'm not shipping software, I make music. Same impulse, different medium — start with nothing, end with something that didn't exist before.
